Master Sommelier Joins Clarion’s Advisory Board

Ronan Sayburn, Master Sommelier and Co-Chair of the Decanter Wine Awards, has officially become one of Clarion's 'Very Clever People'.

Having worked with Ronan on a number of projects, we're thrilled to officially welcome him to Clarion – bolstering Clarion’s award-winning specialist wine team.

Ronan's experience reads like a list of the best fine dining restaurants in the UK, including Le Manoir Aux Quat' Saisons, Pied a Terre, Greenhouse (which at the time encompassed the UK’s most substantial wine list) and three Michelin starred Alain Ducasse restaurant.

Ronan also acts as CEO for the Court of Master Sommeliers Europe, is previous winner of the UK Sommelier of the Year competition, and prior to setting up his own consultancy was Head of Wines at private members club for wine lovers, 67 Pall Mall.
